Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Hydro & Co. purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Physical Products (Growing Kits & Accessories)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hydroandco.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price (return shipping is at the customer's expense). To initiate a return, email us at hello@hydroandco.com.

Digital Products (Course Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we're unable to offer refunds on digital downloads unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible — in which case we'll resend it immediately.

Fresh Produce Boxes

Fresh produce is perishable. If your box arrives in poor condition or is missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll offer a replacement box or store credit.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
